Digger wasp!

Well, I have to write a post about what animal I would rather study, a Tarantula or a Digger Wasp. In truth, I would have to say the Digger Wasp, because I've never heard of it before. From the article I had to read about it, I now know that Digger Wasps live solitary lives instead of in colony's. This, above all, surprised me, because I have never heard of a kind of wasp (or bee) that lives on its own before. The article also says that the wasps dig two foot tunnels in the ground, each about the width of a quarter. I have but one thing to say about this: I hope I never come near one of those horrid things.....
